If the Building Management System (BMS) isn't working with your e+ unit, try the following steps: On the display panel, press & hold both the Plus and Menu buttons together. This will display the panel's 'engineers mode'. Then select the INT/EXT timer screen by using the + and - buttons. Next check that the 'mode' is set to the correct parameter, either BMS (EXT) timer or Internal (INT) panel timer. If it is set to the wrong setting, press OK to change the mode to the other option. After this, the display should now show the correct display our of 'Ext Timer ON Auto' or 'Ext Timer Off' matching the signal from your BMS. If this does not correct the issue, it is likely a problem with your on-site BMS system.
