If you have a trade account, you should see your personalised prices when you view a product. The product will have a banner at the top right of the product page that says 'Exclusive Customer Price'. Please note that if the product is on sale for a lower price than your discount would bring it down to, the lower sale price will appear instead along with a banner that says 'OFFER', ensuring you always get the best price available for your product.
