If the internal smartcom3 sensor is out of calibration and not sensing the correct temperature value then you can adjust the sensor's temperature reading offset. You can adjust this as much as plus 9 degrees or minus 9 degrees in the 'Engineer settings' in the control panel so that it reads the correct temperature.
