If your e+ display says 'Door Open' check there if there is link wiring on the internal PCB board on the terminals labelled 'DOOR'. When connected correctly, opening the door should stop the operation of the unit, causing the display to say 'Door Open'. If the display is saying 'Door Open' when the door is shut, the door switch is not connected correctly or is malfunctioning.
